Drawing is crooked

Hi Everybody,

My whole drawing is a little askew on the screen. I was working zoomed in and did not notice it until I zoomed out. I have no idea how it got that way and, more importantly, how to fix it. I tried Select All and then straightening it but then only the drawing moved and not the "paper." Does anybody know how I can fix this?
