Gavin Nicol
I am moving to a new computer and purchased affinity designer in 2014. In my account it shows that it is registered, but I am not able to download it. On the old computer, where are the keys stored? I'd like to recover them so I can register designer on my new machine. Alfred
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Gavin. If you don’t see product keys in your Affinity Store account, then you either purchased via another account (using a different email address) or you purchased from the Mac App Store. If you purchased way back in 2014 there was no Affinity Store, so you must have purchased from the Mac App Store. Purchases from the MAS are tied to your Apple ID, so they don’t need — and therefore don’t have — product keys: you’ll find them on the ‘Purchased’ tab when you log in to the store using the ID that you used when purchasing. Gavin Nicol
I don't see it in the App Store. Let me see if I can find when I purchased it... it was shortly after Affinity launched but I don't remember exactly when.

As Alfred mentioned, if it was that early it would have been from the App Store.
