garfybeds Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 I am running Affinity Publisher on an M1 Mac. I have just installed the latest update and when I launch the application all the menus and shortcut buttons are greyed out. I cannot create a new document. However, if I open an existing document the menus come alive - I still cannot create a new document in that situation. The application is registered to my account. Quote
joe_l Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 ? The File menu isn't greyed out or use the keyboard shortcut to create a new document. Quote ---------- Windows 10 / 11, Complete Suite Retail and Beta
Staff NathanC Posted April 14, 2022 Staff Posted April 14, 2022 Hi @garfybeds, It is normal for all options along the toolbar to be greyed out when no document is loaded in Publisher, What happens when you try and create a new document by going to file > new > double click a document preset? Quote

Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
