Affinity Publisher PDF and weird print lines

Hi!
I recently used Affinity Publisher to create a pdf for print. I used just 1 image and used the For print preset.

When the final product came from the print service it was filled with these white lines. The print service said it was the PDF and that these lines would not show up in small size but in A0 they would.

I attached the pdf and an image of the final product.
Did I miss some crucial setting or what happened here?

I would change the print service. I sent a part of the file to our Designjet and everything was fine.

Thanks for the quick response. That was my conclusion as well.
