tools in designer

I was carrying my laptop and must have hit a button but everything but my design disappeared.  I am unable to see the tools or create a new document and put my specs on the document.  I see nothing but a huge screen with nothing on it. Please help. I am fairly new to designer and am getting frustrated because i don't know enough on how to fix this problem. Below is what I see.

Try pressing the Tab key (or menu “View → Toggle UI”).

If that doesn’t work, try (in order, until you get what you want) menu:

• “View → Show Toolbar”
• “View → Show Context Toolbar”
• “View → Studio → Show Left Studio”
• “View → Studio → Show Right Studio”
• “View → Studio → Reset Studio”
