Gerry Fraiberg
Working on a 20 page booklet in Publisher 1.10.5. When I "Export" as PDF, paragraphs of text are missing from the PDF. I have the Document Layout set to Facing Pages. When I try to switch to Single Pages, half the text disappears. I noticed when reducing view size in Navigation, a series of blue boxes appear. Mac OSX 12.3.1. iMac 27" 5K, 2019. Apple has released OS updates since I lasts used Publisher to create a booklet. Is this a bug or a corrupt file? I am frustrated as I'm trying to produce this booklet for the local Rotary Club's 100th anniversary, and the clock is ticking. Thanks, Gerry
Old Bruce
If possible keep the Facing Pages setup. When you actually export to a PDF file use the Pages option instead of the Spreads option and this will give you single pages instead of two-page pages. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4 Affinity Designer 2.4.0 | Affinity Photo 2.4.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

That did it! -Gerry
