islander Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 To have the Detail Refinement filter inside the filter list of adjustment list would be so helpful. Currently you have to enter Develop Persona of Tone Mapping Persona to access this filter. You cannot readjust the Detail Refinement at a later moment as the other filters that appear in layers tab. It is already there, only under a different name: unsharp mask, category „sharpen“ filters. To all my tests, the results are identical for any practical use case. As best practice new Affinity users could start in the questions section before starting to post in feedback or bugs. Many assumptions about what functionality is available, and what is intended vs bug, needs some experience. This will help to reduce the workload for Affinity staff, allowing them to focus on the topics which cannot be solved by other users.
