Simon P Posted April 6, 2022 Posted April 6, 2022 I have been using Affinity Photo for a few years now and really enjoy it. Recently, I have been having problems getting the crop grid to show. At first, I found that restarting the program seemed to clear it. However, now I cannot get it to display at all. I am using an iMac running Catalina 10.15.7 I have checked the overlay and it shows "Thirds Grid". Is this a known issue and is there a solution? Thank you Quote

Thanks C Hi, The next time it occurs, I will try to capture it. When you say screen recording, do you mean a screenshot or something else? Thanks, Quote
Staff Callum Posted April 6, 2022 Staff Posted April 6, 2022 A screenshot or video recording should be ideal On Mac you should be able to use Quick time to record your screen. Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.

Staff Callum Posted April 7, 2022 Staff Posted April 7, 2022 Hi Simon, Thanks for the recording! If you go into the apps preferences under performance is Metal Compute Acceleration enabled? If it is does disabling it fix this issue at all? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
