Konspaul
Hi! I'm experiencing an evil problem that, when my vector PDF file for print is exported, it is flattened to a one single pixel image. Is this a known issue?
Konspaul
My file had an unsharp layer on top of all layers. This seemed to disturb the whole file and made it a flattened pixel image.
Staff Dan C Posted April 4, 2022 Staff Share Posted April 4, 2022 Thanks for your report! 41 minutes ago, Konspaul said: My file had an unsharp layer on top of all layers. This seemed to disturb the whole file and made it a flattened pixel image. I can confirm that Live Filters Layers have to be rasterised upon export to PDF, and if this filter is affecting the whole document, then all layers will be rasterised. This is due to other applications being unable to 'use' the unsharp layer, and this ensures the export visually matches the document within Affinity. I hope this clears things up Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks!
