For users/interested people, it's best if all the files/brushes are in the main post, where you can gradually add the files, or update them if you have newer ones. After your limit was increased by the moderator, it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
Of course, files can be shared through links to some external storage/clouds, but personally I don't go to these links "somewhere" as a matter of principle, so I would prefer posting here on the forum.

P.S. for sharing and offering similar comprehensive packages, such as a collection of these brushes, @MikeTO's manual, and the like, Serif might consider creating some specific subforum or some space accessible directly from the web. Finding these "pearls" in a lot of other posts is more of a coincidence these days, which is definitely a shame.
