lightly43 Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 (edited) Greetings, I reset my PC recently and now wanted to install Affinity Photo on it again. But after logging into the official Affinity Store, there is no product key and the order history is empty as well. I'm using the account, which I used to buy it. Staff SFurniss Posted March 31, 2022 Staff Posted March 31, 2022 It sounds like you either ordered with a different email, or from either Microsoft or Apple, but if you can email us with as much information as you have (alternative email addresses, order numbers etc) we can help you find your software.
