Simple Rotating Sphere using wrapped image in Affinity Photo

Recommended Posts

I have been struggling with this for a few days now and seeming simple solutions have evaded me.

Any help or a pointing in the right direction appreciated.

I have a a Pattered image that I want to wrap around a sphere and rotate it over 90 frames to create a 3 second video file.

Then I want to place this rotating sphere into Final Cut Pro over another .mp4 that is 90 frames
(Creating the background part is easy for me)

Here is a sample of what I am trying to produce but with different images in much higher resolution.

None of the Affinity applications have any video capabilities so you would be best off using something like a Three Dimensional Video application to do this sort of work.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.2
Affinity Designer 2.3.1 | Affinity Photo 2.3.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.3.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
