*English is not my first language but i try my best to explain.

I've bought Affinity Publisher from Affinity website with my old laptop (bought in 2012). Now i have transferred everything to a new laptop but the problem is i couldn't update to the latest version Affinity Publisher. I did a mistake. I have erased everything that related to publisher from "regedit". Now, everytime i try to install or reinstall..i keep receiving a message as the topic above. Please help..

We're going to need to use the Microsoft Uninstaller troubleshooter to remove Affinity from your PC, so that the latest version can be installed.

Please visit the below link to download this tool -

Once downloaded please run the tool, select Uninstalling and then the Affinity app from the list of apps shown.
If you can't see the Affinity app in the list, select the aptly named first option and then paste the following code in and select OK.

Once the uninstaller has completed, please visit the following link and download a fresh copy of the latest exe, then navigate to the downloaded .exe right-click on the file and select Run as Administrator, this should hopefully install the app for you as expected.

YES!!! It works!!!! The affinity staff did send me exactly as above. Except the code you have given has *magic* to it.

I better let the Affinity Staff knows. Now, I am back to life. If I could click that like 100 times, i would do that now.
