Arthur62 Posted March 25, 2022 Posted March 25, 2022 When trying to start Affinity Photo, it takes quite a long time to do that. The process does not reach the end, instead an error "Affinity Photo is onverwacht gestopt" (Affinity Photo did end unexpectedly) is shown. I've attached the crash report. I've switch off my iMac and then back on again. Same result. BTW: Designer and Publisher start in a normal way. Using: macOS Monterey (12.2.1) iMac 27", 2017, i7 Thanks for your help, Arthur. Staff Lee D Posted March 26, 2022 Staff Posted March 26, 2022 Thanks for letting us know, I'd recommend first fully removing the app from your system. Drag it from Applications to the Trash and empty and then do another reboot of the OS. Once rebooted login to the store you purchased the app from and download a fresh copy an install. If the same occurs please upload another crash report for comparison. Quote
Arthur62 Posted April 2, 2022 Author Posted April 2, 2022 Thanks, your solution worked for me. Photo now starts again. Quote
