Crash on profiles?

Publisher started to crash after few seconds the lauch of it.

I found somebody writing that it was due to the incorrect profiles, so I deleted my folder:  C:\Users\max\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0  and I solved it

BUT now if I open an old file, it crashes after few seconds. I attached it. It doesn't happen with new files.

How to resolve it?

Hi @MaxV Welcome to the forums.

That folder contains a number of different files for various tools and settings within the app, see this FAQ for more information.

The file is opening fine without any crashes on my systems, apart from not having one of the fonts used installed (Haettenschweiler).

How can I open the file?

I still can't open it, and I need it.  I attached the crash dump.

Try removing the font that Lee does not have.

Try opening this one, I removed the font and replaced it with Arial. then did a File > Save  As ...

Haettenschweiler is (or was) distributed with Microsoft Office products.

No way, even Old Bruce file make Affinity crash.

It opens and after 3-4 seconds Affinity closes/crashes.

Is the dump file containing any information on this issue?
