lowellmk
HI All! I just downloaded this application and cannot import RAW images from my Canon 60D. The camera is weathered to my Macbook....but I cannot import images....its as if the camera is not recognized. Any suggestions to help me on my way? Many thanks. JFisher
Hi lowellmk Welcome to the forums! :) To open RAW files simply click File>Open and select your file, this will load the Develop persona. You may want to check out the supported RAW list to make sure your camera is listed. J
Staff MEB Posted December 14, 2015 Staff Share Posted December 14, 2015 Hi lowellmk, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Affinity doesn't import the images directly from the camera. You have to store/import them to somewhere else and then open in Affinity for editing. lowellmk
Thanks! I hope that directly importing from a Canon is on the roadmap. Best and happy holidays. Lowellmk
