Export Ignores Unlocked Change to Other Dimension

When I go to export a photo, the export window presents me both dimensions (in pixels) and presents a lock to toggle ignoring the ratio. But when I change one dimension, copy it, unlock the ratio, paste the first dimension into the other dimension, and export, the export ignores the change to the other dimension. What I am doing is trying to export a non-square image as perfectly square.

I have a workaround of resizing the image first to make it square and, when I export, change one dimension to the desired size and the other one changes because they are locked and that resize-during-export works. It would be really nice if the export did not make me resize the image to square first.

This is a known issue and currently with the Dev team to resolve.  I've updated the log with link back to this thread so we can update you when its been resolved
