HDR and batch ask for AP filetype on laptop.

Hi Guys,
a strange thing, one of my users wanted to load a serie images to make a hdr with the hdr batch. But it ask only for AP file format.
This is also by a file batch... 
I see on my desktop only the AP format, but can load normal jpg files to it.  has someone this before?

He used versie 1.10.5.1342  on the laptop and desktop (where it works).
OS: win 10

Windows 11 (Home)-build: 23H2- build 22631.2715

Hi,

could you upload a screenshot where you try to add other file types?

They have been issues with wrong file open / file type restrictions in older version of Affinity apps. 
 

What exactly do you mean by batch?

I got to screen shot from this user, where he tryed png and jpg files to add, but got error wrong file type.

with bach he means the thirt image.

On my desktop I can add several file types, but he not on his laptop.

Great, thanks for the screenshots :) 

Where you've circled in red 'Affinity Files' if they click there, this should show an 'All Files' option.  Selecting that will allow all images to be selected :) 

@NotMyFaultThere are few threads on the Forums that cover a basic workflow for batch processing HDR images, like this one, personally not something i would do.  I would use File>New HDR Merge and make my edits manually.

oke guys thank fot fast responding, I have test it on the desktop here, but there is only "Affinity Files"  in the submenu.  So I think it will be the same on a laptop. (i have no one) so I need waiting for responding user.
