Jeremy Sal
Hi, I'm currently creating index pages for a publication. I'm able to index each word manually via find and insert index mark using the short cut keys, but it's taking quite a long time as the index is pretty large. Is it possible to batch index each instance of a word in one go? Thanks for your help. Jeremy
walt.farrell
Go through your document and add 1 index entry for each word you want in the index. Then, in the Index panel, select an entry, right-click on it, and choose Find in Document. That will give you a list of all occurrences of that word in the document. Select the result list entries you want, and click Done.
