How do I set angle of text in a frame?

I've used the Frame text tool into a shape.
Now how do I set the angle of my text-lines? (as I want it angled)

I'm not sure what you mean by "angled" in this context. Do you have any images of what you're trying to accomplish, to give us more information?

I don't think this is possible. You'll have to rotate the text frame itself to get the text to be angled.

Ok, yes, I noted that possibility. But that's not a wanted workflow, as I'll need to adjust my path and my line-angle independently.

A path with Text Wrap Inside and a rotated text frame below could be what you want.

It's part of Publisher, but not Designer.
