Affinity Icon "bug" on Windows (black outline)

Hey,

I recently wanted to try white mode on Windows 11 and so I did, but instantly noticed that on the taskbar, APhoto and ADesigner, that I got from Microsoft Store, changed the icon to the logo with a black outline, whilst APublisher, that I got from Serif website, still the same

It's not a big deal but I really want to remove this weird looking outline

Hi @Aldeney,

As I understand it, this black border is added by Windows for the Microsoft Store versions of the apps and unfortunately this is to be expected.

I've searched online, but it does not appear to be user editable, like regular app icons - my apologies.

I hope this clears things up!
