I cannot register the software due to the following problem appearing after clicking the My Account button or selecting the corresponding function from the menu: An error occurred while opening the My Account dialog. Please contact technical support. How can this be fixed? (BTW: I have already tried starting the app as an Administrator - there is no difference) Edited March 12, 2022 by jacek_w Quote
Staff stokerg Posted March 12, 2022 Staff Posted March 12, 2022 Hi @jacek_wand Welcome to the Forums, Can you try starting Affinity while holding down the CTRL key and you'll get a popup about clearing some settings, 3 options will be selected and if you can also tick the very last box for reset account data, then click Clear and Affinity will start as normal. Now try using My Account and let me know what happens. Quote
