While arguably "correct", when working with very large stroke start/end and large width/thickness value, the stroke preview in the horizontal toolbar becomes quite unusable/inscrutable (because the start/end is just too big to be properly presented) - see attached animated gif and static screenshot.

It may be an idea to limit the scaling of it in that preview, so that the start/end caps always visually fit - while this then won't accurately show them in relation/context to the stroke width, it would at least keep that preview representative/usable.

(this also applies to the same widget in Affinity Photo and Affinity Publisher)
