My product key is not in downloads

Hi. I purchased Affinity Photo a few years ago now and am about to install it on a new laptop. My product key isn't in my account and while I purchased it under a different email address originally, I thought everything had been transferred over when I contacted you guys last time. Is there a way to get my product key from the computer I'm currently using?

We do not have the facility to merge accounts or to transfer purchases from one account to another.

To access your purchases and Product Keys you will need to sign in to our store with your Outlook email address.
