Hi @JonathanHGL Welcome to the forums.

Is this any EPS and PDF file or just specific ones and can you provide links to them? Can you also follow the steps in this FAQ article to retrieve the crash reports from the OS to send in for checking.

Also which version of Windows are you currently using?
