Red line around shapes when exporting as PDF

I am creating a book cover document for Amazon KDP. This requires I export a 300 DPI print quality PDF. I added 2 rectangle shapes to my cover and added text over them. I am getting a very thin red line in my pdf export. I have searched the forum and tried the settings recommended from another forum post. I am very new to Affinity Publisher. 

If anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate the help! Thanks!

It appears as though the rectangle has a red 'Stroke' applied to the object - can you please select this rectangle and provide a screenshot of the Stroke Studio for me? (shown below)
