SVN import - Transparency is black

if I import the following vector graphic into my Publisher document, transparency is converted to black (see picture below). How can I fix that? Thanks for your help.

This is a SVG with a PNG embedded. And the overall quality isn't good.

Edit: Here is the real vectorized file, made from the 1920x1920 file.
