The company (Tele2 in Sweden) is my internet provider who also have an unlimited cloud service.

Every time I make a change or add a new file it is instantly and automatically uploaded to the cloud.
As I said earlier I never download anything. It´s just a safety backup

Thanks for the information. Is it possible to temporarily disable the automatic sync when creating/saving or working on an Affinity document to see if the corrupting issues stops?

I´ll try

By the way, I saw there was a 50% discount for the Publisher that you used to recover the corrupt files.

Is it possible for you to arrange the discount prise even if it is one day to late
Could be great if the problem occur again

Apologies for the delayed response as it was a 4 day weekend in the UK last week - I'll send you a DM regarding this now :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
