My credit card got charged and I didn’t get the product

I purchased the Mac version of your designer product through your website. My credit card got charged and I was returned back to the payment page. I also checked and my shopping cart still contains the product.

It seems your system does not recognize that I made the payment

Would you please investigate and tell me ?

In the meantime, contacting affinity@serif.com via email is usually the way these get resolved.

The issue is often one (I think) of the browser not supporting all the technologies required by your bank for verifying credit card purchases, or some browser extension blocked the verification request. One user discovered, for example, that the cause was the Javascript blocker they had added to their browser.

And usually the bank waits a few days, then realizes that the sale did not complete, and returns the money to you. But the Serif team at that email address will be able to help (though as it is now the weekend, perhaps not until Monday).
