IanSG
I tried printing a PDF doc from all 3 apps but get the message "This document does not allow printing" and the file is shown as being locked. The file contains theatre tickets (they're supposed to be printed) and nothing else is having a problem. What's occurring? walt.farrell
Without having the PDF it will probably be impossible to answer that. You might open it in Acrobat Reader or PDF-XChange and look at the document properties, especially the security and encryption settings. My guess: there are some restrictions set, and the Affinity applications are not programmed to enforce partial restrictions, so they do a full restriction. That makes sense! I wouldn't normally use APub just to print a file, but I was using it for something else so it seemed like a good idea at the time. 4 minutes ago, Hens said: Maybe it's a locked pdf which you may not alter and the affinity apps prevents you to edit te file and also to print. Printing from viewers/browser usually means ,you don't alter, just print. Again, that would make sense - I shouldn't be able to make changes to my tickets.
