DDBBKK
I use Aperture with Affinity Photo ( I just upgraded to 1.4). If I upgrade to El Capitan will Aperture still work fine or do I lose it completely? Thanks
Staff Callum Posted December 11, 2015 Staff Share Posted December 11, 2015 Hi DDBBKK, By the looks of the Apple Support Forums Aperture should work fine with El Capitan :) C DDBBKK 1 Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. ermachum
I have been using Aperture from the beginning of Aperture and have 50,000 photos in it, most stored on disk offline and most in RAW, i.e. around 10 to 20 mb each. I tried iPhoto when I installed Capitan but I do not like it on my mac as a replacement for Aperture and it just messed up my library when I went back to Aperture. Am I wrong as I look at Affinity Photo as the best program to manage single photos like Photoshop but not to manage / sort / publish photos. Am I wrong? What are you using to store, sort and publish your pictures? Any good ideas?
Staff Callum Posted December 24, 2015 Staff Share Posted December 24, 2015 Most of our other users use things like Light Room Aperture or Photos to organise all of their images :) C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
