LFBrown
Due to the requirements I'm working under I have to embed my color images in the Affinity Doc which eventually will become a PDF file. All of my images start at full resolution and are scaled down within Publisher as necessary. My question is this: if I have brought an image in and scaled it down by 50%, then saved the document and reopened, does any further scaling, up or down, of that image start from the saved resolution (which will be 50% lower) or from the original file resolution? Intuitively it seems that I should delete the saved image and bring the original back in if a larger image is needed. Is this correct? If the layer with the image says (Image) then you still have full resolution. You can also check by clicking with the Move tool (the arrow) and seeing what the context toolbar is saying. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
