I searched a lot and I can't find anything about this, expect some workaround that doesn't work as expected.
Is there a way to use a brush/pattern that follow a path ?
It's a pretty basic feature on illustrator or photoshop.

Thanks

Which application would you be using, Designer or Photo? This is in Designer.

There are Brushes which will follow a curve/stroke/path. Note the little brush icon in the Stroke panel on the Style line.

Before you ask, I haven't found a way how to choose to draw with this setting. It must be used after the curve/stroke/path has been drawn.

Patterns I don't know about because I am unsure of what you actually mean by "pattern".

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
