tscoines Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 I’ve just upgraded to a new computer running windows 11. I have reinstalled Photo, Designer and Publisher ok using my existing license codes. However, when running the programs I am asked to sign in to my account as usual just as on my old laptop but when I do so it comes back saying that there is a problem and to try later. This has been going on for a couple of days now, an6 ideas? Quote
