I am testing your Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher applications before making the purchase later this week in hopes of converting from Adobe to Affinity. Although my Adobe Photoshop files are opening in Affinity Photo and my Adobe Illustrator files are opening in Affinity Designer, none of my Abode InDesign files are opening in Affinity Publisher. Affinity Publisher won't acknowledge them at all. Should I assume I won't be able to open any of my Adobe InDesign files with your application? Also, I am located in the United States. Are there issues with this application being used outside of the U.K.? Help help, if you can.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @FirebugHQ.

Publisher can handle IDML files from InDesign. It cannot handle INDD files.

There are no problems specific to using the programs in the US, or anywhere else.

Only the PDF stream in the Adobe Illustrator file, also be aware that there is a problem with using Photo and Text with exporting to Photoshop's PSD format.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
