Photos saved in affinity have changed colour viewed in Photos or Preview

I am managing my photos in the Apple Photos app on a 2017 MacBook Pro 15", MacOS Monterey 12.2.1. When I edit photos in Affinity, Save, and view them in Photos or Preview the colours are changed. What can I do to change this behaviour?

Could you post some screenshots of what you are seeing?  Can you also upload one of your images which shows the issue to our Dropbox here?

Here is an example. The photo is somewhat less vibrant after export from Affinity.
