Violinman Posted February 10, 2022 Share Posted February 10, 2022 I purchased my copy of Designer in November 2021 but am unable to login to "My Account" I recently re-installed designer but still cannot login/register. If I click "My Account" I get the "Register your app" window first, followed by: "Please wait a moment" window and then the "We're sorry" window. I should add that I do not have this problem with Affinity Photo which I also have. My system is MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. Any suggestions please? Violinman Posted February 10, 2022 Author Share Posted February 10, 2022 Many thanks Komatös, I followed the instructions in the post above, I downloaded afreg.cfg and pasted it into: ~/Library/Application Support/Affinity Designer/ and relaunched.
