I purchased my copy of Designer in November 2021 but am unable to login to "My Account" I recently re-installed designer but still cannot login/register. If I click "My Account" I get the "Register your app" window first, followed by: "Please wait a moment" window and then the "We're sorry" window. I should add that I do not have this problem with Affinity Photo which I also have. 

My system is MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.

Any suggestions please?
