I recently purchased a new Acer laptop (Aspire 5 A515-56G) and upgrade OS to Windows 11. When I tried to sign in to Affinity Photo it replied with the attached screen shot. Same with Affinity Publisher. The following is my laptop configuration. Please assist.

CPU    11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz   2.42 GHz
RAM    16.0 GB
Windows 11  21H2
System Drive    512GB SSD with 376GB available

It's a known problem already fixed in the beta and scheduled for the next release

For now, right click the app's icon and select "Run as administrator"

That should cure it

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
