Photo always crashes when opening

Recommended Posts

Every time I need to use Photo, it crashes when starting. So, everytime I need to right click an image > open with > Affinity Photo.

This was happening with Windows 10 and now with 11. I'm always updating hopping a fix. I don't know what to do.

Can anybody please help?

Hello @Studio97Visuals and @Lee D

thanks so much for the reply!

My laptop uses:

  • Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H
  • Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
  • GeForce GTX 1650
  • Windows 11 Pro 21H2

I've followed the FAQ Article and also this one and no success. I've configured via Photo Settings and Windows Settings (Photo.exe) to use the same card, changed to other, enabled OpenCL, disabled it, but the crash continues.

Here is the log:

Normally it should work, but what I already wrote, every configuration works on a other way.  Hopely one of Serif team can look to it.
Also a crash report can help if there is one.
