Hi @eudorawelty,
What OS are you using: Windows or macOS?
Do you remember where you bought the application from? If you bought it from the Affinity Store you should be able to reset your password as long as you remember which e-mail you have used to create an account there.

I believe it was a download from Affinity.

If you know the email address that you used, sign in here:

https://store.serif.com/sign-in

If you’ve forgotten your account password, click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link on that page for password resetting instructions.

Hi @eudorawelty,
I can't check if you have an account myself (will have to ask a colleague tomorrow) but you can try to login in the Affinity Store with your e-mail. If you don't remember the password, there's a link to to reset it right below the input fields - as long a the e-mail is correct you should be able to set a new password and login in the Affinity Store where you have access to the Downloads & Products keys section.

Hi @Phil Rutter,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

I can confirm that Affinity will simply use the ICC profiles that have been installed within your operating system settings, and these are therefore not provided or installed with the Affinity app.

If you wish to have your ICC profiles available on your new system then you'll need to copy any files from:

C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color ,

from your original computer to your new laptop, then install them on the new laptop for use in Affinity.

I hope this helps!
