Paper tray option does not appear in Affinity Designer

Recommended Posts

Hello,
I new to Affinity Designer.
I’m trying to print something from Affinity Designer. I own a Canon TS6350 and I’m on a iMac 24 M1.
The problem is that I can’t choose the rear paper tray from Affinity Designer.
The option appears for me with no problem in all other apps, but not here.
Can anyone help me on this one?
Thank you so much.
Regards,

Have you checked what options are available in each of the other sections that appear when you click on the "Range and Scale" popup menu & choose one of the others? Every printer is different but for me there is a "Media & Quality" item in that menu & in that is a "Feed from:" popup menu that lets me select the tray I want to use.

Bingo!
Exactly as you said. The option is 'hidden' under the "Media & Quality” item.
Been a tremendous help.
Thank you so much!
