Dodge- and Burn-Tool effecting Layer-Masks

Recommended Posts

In Photoshop I use the dodge- and burn-tools to fine-tune layer-masks – especially by hair.

That technique can unfortunately not be implemented with Affinity Photo.

What are the chances that it works in the future?

I also use that technique a lot in Photoshop.

Also, I use filters and adjustments (Curves, Levels, etc) in the layer masks.

I have been asking for a long time for the ability to deal with layer masks as if they were simple greyscale images, like we can in Photoshop.
