Text out of the textframe

I have a problem with appearing text out of the textframe. The normal text flow from one frame to another is working well, but in addition parts of the text appears out of the frame - is it a bug?

I think it might have something to do with the “Hide Overflow” setting for the Frame Text layers ‘interfering with’ the Text Wrap settings from the images but I haven’t been able to find the exact problem in the short time I’ve been looking at it.
Someone else should be able to give a better answer – just thought I’d mention it so you can experiment in the meantime.
(It’s not something I’ve seen before.)

Note: Thank you for sharing the document, it can make it so much easier to diagnose problems.

Uncheck Balance text in columns from the Text Frame panel for this overflowing text frame, although the document has overall strange rendering errors.

Thanks for your file and I'm sorry to see you're having trouble!

As joe has mentioned above, unchecking Balance text in columns from the Text Frame panel should resolve this issue for you - however the text rendering here certainly isn't correct and therefore I'll also be logging this as a bug with our developers now.
