Welcome to the forum.

Could you give a link and time indes within the video you are talking about?

I’m not aware on any text or sphere function in layer fx - neither on iPad nor on Desktop.

Or do you think of path text ?

Spoiler

Sphere is a live filter, available when you click the filter symbol, and activate live filters.

Hi,

I’m sorry but I’m not sure if the filter layout is available on iPad affinity? If so can you please point me to where I can find it on the screen?

Thanks

Designer does not provide an UI to add filters.

You can use the file and copy the filter from there. It will work in Designer.
