Viv2 Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Every time I try to register my purchase I get timed out after about 15 seconds. Is there any other way to register the software other than clicking Help, My Account... in Photo? If not then does anyone know the solution? Thanks. Quote

Double-click the application icon and select Run as Administrator then try to register again. If that doesn't work please give us some time until we fix this on our side. Viv2 Posted January 17, 2022 Author Posted January 17, 2022 Yes, I am using Windows 11 Home. Many thanks, downloading the afreg.cfg file did not work, but opening Affinity as administrator did the trick. That was a much quicker solution than I expected. Quote
