Bonjour, il m’est impossible d’enregistrer mon compte affinity publisher alors que je n’ai eu aucun soucis avec des designer ou photo ... Comment faire ? (en anglais)

Are you on Windows or Mac?

If Windows, just use Run as Administrator once when starting the program. That will work around the issue until Serif gets it fixed. To do this, just right-click on the application icon and one of your choices will be Run as Administrator.

If Mac, this post might be helpful (though you'll have to make the appropriate change since it deals with Photo, not Publisher:

Or you could perhaps wait until Serif resolves the problem, since this registration is optional.
