iPad Photo: change stroke color in *opened* PDF

in iPad Photo, I have Opened a PDF created on the same iPad in Pages. It’s a simple, 1-page PDF I created to learn what Photo can do with PDFs opened in it.

In the screen capture, it shows an active object. I can change the. object’s fill color, but not its stroke. Granted, both Color circles in the color picker are circles, as opposed to a Circle (for Fill) and a Ring (for stroke).

Is there a way to alter just the stroke? Thank you for any clues.

Affinity Photo on iPad doesn't have any functions that deal with an object's stroke, does it, Dan? I don't think you can even create a stroke on shapes you create in Photo, like Rectangles. On the iPad you only seem to have control over the Fill, unless you're using Designer.

My apologies…I hadn’t noticed the extent to which PDF elements are put each to a layer; the rectangle’s stroke is a separate layer from the fill; I was thinking in Designer terms where an object has both attributes.

It's a little counter intuitive - but it is possible. Draw a Rectangle and then select the Pen Tool (with the Rectangle still selected). You can use the Context Toolbar options to adjust the Stroke Width, Colour, etc

No problem at all, thanks for confirming and providing the file!
As you've found you can change the Fill of this specific object to your desired colour, however should you need to do this in the future with a 'stroked' object then you should be able to use the above method
