Entering numeric values with decimal point

Hello
When I try to enter numeric values by keyboard I receive wrong values (same in Publisher as well as in Photo).
Entering for example under Paragraph / Bullets and Numbering 6.4mm into the Tabstop-Field it enters 64mm (with according behavior).
Where I can use a slider (like in Style the line width) it's possible to select decimal values
but when entering e.g. 0.3 pt it jumps to 3 pts....
This behavior is true for all numeric fields.
Any idea how to solve this behavior?

You must use the period and not the comma to enter the values.

Thank you for your feedback.

This was the first thing I've tried - unfortunately it didn't help.
I guess it has to do with my windows 10 (English version) and using a Swiss German keyboard.

Interesting is that this issue happens only with the Affinity programs and with non of all the others
like Photoshop, Indesign, all kind of MS Applications and many others...

After some trying I've found a solution which works:

I installed another Keyboard (German [Liechtenstein] with Swiss German keyboard).

By switching to this Language / Keyboard combination everything works as it should.
