BrandOutfitters
Using Publisher (1.10.4) on an MacBook Air M1 running Monterey (12.1). Suddenly getting this window/message (see file attachment) when working on a document and trying to save it at random times Sometimes it saves as it should; other times get the "failed to save document..." message. Quitting/restarting Publisher allows me to open a recovery file (fortunately), which I save and continue on...until the next time. Have never seen this/had it happen in the years I've used Affinity products, so wondered if anyone else has encountered this issue or has a solution. BrandOutfitters
Looks like the answer from v_kyr above (thanks!) sheds enough light on it, i.e. I'm using pCloud. Will try saving locally instead and see if this resolves the issue.
Staff Affinity Info Bot Posted October 24, 2023 Staff Share Posted October 24, 2023 The issue "Saving Failed increasing frequency of reports" (REF: AFP-4826) has been fixed by the developers in build "2.2.1 Release". This fix is in the current customer release. If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us
