CoolAid-7
Bon, I wrote a poem and wish to dress it up. I was impressed with the Affinity All-In package and purchased all three packages, Designer, Photo and Publisher. And now I'd like to dress it, but how-to, where to start, with which application. I used to use Adobe Elements for an organisation i volunteered with. It was relatively easy, but the Affinity set of tools is on an entirely different level and I'm lost as to which Distribution to base this merge from. Seems to me that Publisher would be the ideal to import the text to and build from there. What does the panel think? Dare this absolute Beginner raise this question? I have the 3 manuals, I remember that one of the tutorials had a class on dressing Alice in Wonderland, maybe I should focus there and assess how the lady did it. Please assist. Kind regards CoolAid7

Good starting point. If the result of your work is to be a book, then definitely APublisher, to which you can then use StudioLink to add functions from other applications. jmwellborn 1 Quote Affinity Store (MSI/EXE): Affinity Suite (ADe, APh, APu) 2.5.5.2636 (Retail) Dell OptiPlex 7060, i5-8500 3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630, Dell P2417H 1920 x 1080, Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2, Build 22631.4317. Pšenda
You're welcome 🙂 Start rehearsing gradually, perhaps following the instructions in the Workbooks, and don't be afraid to ask. There are plenty of experienced and helpful users here on the forum.
